1. Free Trial Period
All new "Pro" subscriptions start with a 7-day (Monthly) or 14-day (Yearly) free trial. During this window, you can cancel at any time through your dashboard or the link provided in your initial email. No charges will be made if you cancel before the trial period expires.
2. Refund Policy for Digital Subscriptions
As ChessOnyx provides immediate access to digital goods and cloud-based services (Cloud Game Database, Fetching Features, and Advanced Analytics), we generally do not offer refunds once the free trial has ended and the billing cycle has begun.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We value our community and understand that unique situations may occur. Refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion in the following cases: • Confirmed technical errors on our side that prevented access to Pro features for more than 48 hours. • Documented duplicate charges for the same account.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
