ChessOnyx membership is billed through Paddle. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

Requesting a Refund

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with your membership, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
